Liz Forgue, MA
Liz Forgue is a Masters Level Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals to guide them in their journey of mental health while offering support and guidance along the way. Liz believes that counseling is a key element to life’s challenges and barriers. The experience of counseling allows individuals a therapeutic alliance to feel safe and supported through tough transitions. Liz has worked with diverse populations over the last 11 years helping families and individuals connect better together and with themselves. She has also supported veterans in transitioning back to civilian life and helped college students navigate career development and evolution. Liz holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University. She also holds a Bachelors in Philosophy from UMass Dartmouth.
