Kenneth Weber, MSF

A Falmouth resident, Ken has a diverse background as a corporate executive, an entrepreneur and an operations strategist. He began his career as a Human Resources Strategist at NSTAR and went on to become the Chief Administrator of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and later, a Senior Consultant for a large consulting firm in Boston. Ken received a Master’s degree in the science of finance at Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management, and he is a 2002 graduate of Boston’s Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Massachusetts. Throughout his administrative career, Ken worked as a volunteer on the front lines of a variety of addiction treatment programs. In 2014, he founded Recovering Champions, Inc., where he combined his management training with his career-long interest in helping drug-dependent individuals find a safe, meaningful path to recovery. He also enjoys fishing and spending time with his dog.
