As clients move from the IOP and back into everyday life, the Outpatient Program allows continuity and stability during the transition period. With the same peers, counselors, case managers, and staff to guide and support them, clients are better able to cope with the challenges of reentry. A typical OP does not exceed eight hours per week, with flexible schedules to accommodate work and family commitments.
